Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must include all original parts and components, and packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

  • Normal use of the product must be evident; damage caused by careless handling will not be accepted.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

  • Any defects or mistakes must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Return requests are processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, they will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged in a way not caused by us.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@monarchandco.com

  2. Include in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photo of the product if damaged or incorrect

    • Customer's full name

    • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.

Important: Do not send the return without contacting us first. The return address will only be provided after you have contacted us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement under applicable law, provided that the consumer is acting as a private individual and not for business purposes.

A. Terms for Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), receives the last item in the order.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is not possible to stop the shipment once the order has been sent. Refunds can only be issued after the items are returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Monarch & Co.) via a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The right of withdrawal is considered exercised when we have received the returned items. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


Shipping and Cancellations

Important: Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than usual, which is beyond our control. If the items have already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us. You are welcome to notify us of the cancellation in advance.

For the fastest possible processing of returns, we ask that you provide confirmation of the shipment.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping we offer).

Refunds will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we have received notification of the withdrawal and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
