1. How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time for our packages is 8–12 business days. We are an environmentally conscious company and strive to contribute to a better world. Once we have reached the minimum order quantity, we ship all orders together. We hope you understand and help us make a difference.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package online via our tracking page. Remember to check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. It may take a few business days for the Track & Trace system to activate.

3. It’s been 10 business days, but I still haven’t received my package

We apologize for this… Have you checked your tracking number? Sometimes packages can be delayed at customs. Please wait an additional 3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases, the package is still delivered. If you have already waited 7 business days plus 3 extra days, contact us and we will find a solution together.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange.

6. Which payment methods do you accept?

You can safely pay with credit card at Monarch & Co.
